The Peoples Natural Gas Butler Warehouse was due for an aesthetic makeover & structural rehabilitation. Our team developed a plan to assure uninterrupted continuation of activities and services throughout the construction process.

 

the project consisted of the removal of the old steel sash window units and repairing the structure. New aluminum storefront units with 1” insulated tempered glass and venting sashes were installed. 

 

We incorporated a modern design to feel authentic, with our structural improvements taking People’s Gas Company’s Butler Warehouse through another century.
