Kelly Pre-Owned Dealership project took an abandoned 7-11 convenience store and converted it into a new modern and classy preowned auto dealership. The construction project completed by Arris Construction, LLC involved removal of most of the interior of the building and surfacing and refinishing of the entire building inside and out.

 

The construction transformed the dated convenience store into a modern showroom with auxiliary spaces for offices, employee kitchenette and break-room. The façade displayed new windows and a welcoming entrance.  The site was also reconstructed with new parking/auto display lot, LED lighting and signage.

 

Ashlar Architecture & Engineering, LLC provided the complete design from initial building evaluation, design concepts, design, municipal approvals and into construction oversight. Ashlar AE was responsible for design of the site land development and working with Penn Township to obtain their approval. The design performed by Ashlar AE utilized the existing interior configuration to save cost and used their creative talents to make the space look like an auto sales dealership. A large glass door was added to enable autos to be brought into the new showroom for display. Ashlar AE worked closely with the owners to select the finishes for the space.
